Common Questions
What if I've never kayaked before?
Perfect! Most of our guests haven't. We'll start with a quick tutorial and you'll be paddling like a pro in no time. Seriously, it's easier than riding a bike.
Will I get wet?
Maybe a little splashy, but you won't be swimming (unless you want to!). Wear clothes you don't mind getting slightly damp. Think: beach casual, not Sunday brunch.
What about weather?
We check conditions obsessively. If weather looks sketchy, we'll reschedule at no charge. Your safety (and fun) matter more than anything.
Can I bring my phone/camera?
Yes! We recommend a waterproof case or bag. We'll also take group photos and can help you get that perfect shot.
Do you provide life jackets?
Yep! USCG-approved PFDs for everyone, included in every tour. Safety first, always.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens! Cancel up to 48 hours before for a full refund. Within 48 hours, we'll work with you to reschedule.
